The Crimea
is a very promising destination for treatment, holidays and tourism, including
a rural one.
Traditions of rural tourism are deeply rooted in the Crimean past. As archaeologists
dig the ancient settlements, they find grains of wheat and seeds of grapes.
It means that these crops grow in the Crimea for more than five thousand
years.
Remains of material culture testily, that traditions of countryside hospitality
have been developing in the Crimea simultaneously with development of agricultural
skills. Thus, findings from the ancient Greek households “at the edge of
Oikoumena” i.e. in north-western, eastern Crimea, vividly demonstrate that
their owners were welcoming and hospitable hosts, able to provide sufficient
level of comfort to their guests even in the times of antiquity.
Traditions of village hospitality revealed themselves especially in the
recent years, when visitors of the Crimea became more and more interested
in the possibilities to enjoy holidays not only by the sea, but also in
the mountain and forest areas of the peninsulaz.
Magnificent nature and climate, developed infrastructure of the Crimean
villages, multitude of sightseeing sites and, particularly, – unique hospitality
of the locals promote successful development of rural tourism.
Hundreds of household owners are glad to welcome guests from CIS and non-CIS
countries. Do come! Your stay in the countryside will mean not only a full
value holiday, but also a treasure of new impressions. |
